Kat Syakov worked tirelessly and patiently to help us find exactly the right car...not an easy task as there were several comparable vehicles from other manufacturers at other dealerships in which we were very interested. | Summary: Arrived at this dealership early morning, 7 September. I had my I-Pace towed in because of dashboard brake and stability warning lights. I did not feel it was safe enough to drive the vehicle. Service Rep, Brooks Falcone immediately took charge and prepared a service sheet, and delivered the vehicle to the service area. He also indicated her was familiar with this problem, and he would follow-up with me while I waited. Prior to service completion, Brooks advised me the problems had been solved, and my vehicle would soon be ready to drive. Upon completion, he located me in the waiting area, and we returned to the service desk to finalize all paperwork. |
