Summary: Doreen Hailey was very helpful to me when I came in for service. I was using a walker due to a broken ankle and she made sure that I got inside and seated to wait for my vehicle to be serviced . She kept me updated on everything that was happening and when service was finished she stayed with me while I paid and walked me to my car. |

Summary: I purchased a car on Good Friday, and it was indeed a good Friday. I went in to see Jennifer, but she was with another customer and asked if I would allow Christian to assist me. Christian was great! Very thorough. Jennifer popped in when she could to check on me and was very kind. They were both outstanding and made my first Hyundai experience outstanding. On December 30, 2024 I brought a brand new 2025 Hyundai Tucson from Crown Hyundai. On May 5,2025 an engine light came on and it had to be towed to the dealership. BlueLink advised the car was not safe to drive.
The service department had my car for 29 days. During that time I call three times a week and went to their service department twice a week but no one could tell me what was wrong with my car. My service advisor never returned my calls, the Service Supervisor never returned my calls, I called their dealership manager and he did not return my calls. I called their corporate office on day 15 and they called the dealership and no one from the service department called their corporate office or me. On day 20 I wrote a letter to BBB Auto line to use arbitration. Crown Hyundai did not called the Auto line.
On June 3, 2025 I received A TEXT that my car was ready for pick up. I when to the dealership to pick up my car my service advisor was "at lunch" the service manager was "not working today." The cashier said there was no charge and that the car needed a battery sensor which they replaced but she did not know why no one called me or returned the requests from the the corporate office.
My advice to you is DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT when your car needs more than routine maintenance. Just in case you want to know, the Hyundai Corporate case manager advised me to "not go back to Crown Hyundai and to find a different Hyundai dealer for my service needs." |

Summary: Boy oh Boy where do I start?? First, I wanna start with The sales person that help me, Jennifer Irvin. I want to say buying a new car never fun but from the moment that I met Jennifer she made it bearable to work through to get the car I wanted. I did run through some rough patches by trying to complete the paperwork and Ill have to say she kept me occupied by speaking with me after being sympathetic, I think its not going my way. She talked about every day life things we spoke about our animals and Jennifer just has this glow and Smile and aura about her that she made you feel like family. her dress code was to die for very professional character. thanks Jennifer for everything that you have done for me. Im still doing for me and it is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend one coming to Crown Monday. Ask for Jennifer Irvin. She is the person you really wanna speak with. |

Summary: Lori is hard working and does all she can to get things done right and quickly. The service department needs more help due to the sheer volume of vehicles needing service. It took months to get my car in for a service. Then some miscommunication happened and my car was left to sit at the lot and not be serviced. The service employees work very hard but more help is needed in my opinion. |
