| Summary: Found a tremendous service professional in Crown KIA sales consultant, Ryan Johnson, who assisted me in purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. Was thankful for his patience, his knowledge base, and his approachable character :)
He was not deterred that I had no experience in buying a vehicle at a dealership and explained as much as I needed him to explain. It was a smooth transaction and not the anxiety-producing one I expected. I am a delighted owner of a KIA, thanks to him.
Dexter Benjamin was a great help as well as Used Vehicles Supervisor. He was the first to greet me and introduced me to Ryan.
Kat Burke of Crown Nissan started my search off with kind assurances and direction and pointed me to the Crown KIA dealership, according to my stated needs.
I would highly recommend any of this Crown team!
And a big shout-out to Tomm Burkart and Jake Butler of the Service Consultant team. Efficient, clearly stated, timely, and all around helpful. Very appreciated. |

| Summary: Everything was as promised I was satisfied with the date of appointment my consultant was great I felt like great effort was made for the dealership to provide a clean and comfortable Lounge Transportation was offered I didn't need it the work was completed right the first time and on time when it was promised. They're also going to help me with a trim part that needs to be ordered. All good. |
