Unfortunately I have to take some stars away as the service department was Absolutely. Atrocious. My car's tires all had ripped valves. And I haven't even had it for a week. I came in on Sunday and They don't have anybody so they told me to come in on Monday. I came in and they looked at it and then said the part i needed they needed to order and wouldnt be here till tuesday and if i could come in then. I unfortunately had to work so I told them, i needed to come in Wednesday morning. I was told by Tyler in the service department that that was fine. Even though he wasn't going to be there, somebody else could have taken care of it. Then I am getting text messages from Tyler from what i believe is his personal number. It seems to tell me that they cannot do it Wednesday morning. And I need to do it Thursday and then I had to explain to him that I am leaving on vacation and cannot do it then and we needed to stick to what we had agreed upon. Finally allowed me to do it though I had to go and talk to the manager who I actually didn't get a chance to speak to as I had to leave a voice-mail, Cliff the manager decided that he couldn't understand my voicemail but tells tyler to text me that i can come in. I dropped it off this morning. May 1st at 7:30 in the morning and they shuttled me home which was nice. But I was not told that I was going to be picked back up to get my car. Nobody called me to tell me they knocked on my door and my mom answered and then told me as I went to go put on my shoes they left before I could even get out. I sat on my front step for 30 minutes. I called after 15 to ask if someone was coming back and was rushed off the phone and told that somebody was coming back but nobody came until 45 minutes later and I had decided to go back inside the house. There was different driver at my door 45 mins later and he said he called me and there was no call and was a lil rude when i explained what happened. I get dropped off and walk up to the desk and a man By the name of Thomas Allen, I told him this whole thing that happened and he didn't really seem to care and or even apologize for it. Nothing nobody seemed to care about. He got my keys and pulled my car up and that was it. Nothing and again tried to call the manager cliff, and he did absolutely Nothing and still hasn't called me back. The only thing that was good about it is I didn't have to pay for the service which I shouldn't have because the car is only a week old. I do not recommend doing anything with their service department though getting a car from them seems to be okay but again, i was told by tyler when they figured out what was wrong with my tires that they didn't even really check the car before they bought it. I am so upset and felt as though they did not care as they weren't making money off me tho it was their fault. I had bad tires and let me drive off with them.

Ashlee Richardson, was such a wonderful help. My car died this morning and I walked out with a new car in 2 hrs and she explained everything and was so kind. Would definitely come back again.
