No hassle agreement on sale price as well as trade in value. An additional major plus is her through knowledge of the complex technology that now comes with all high end cars.

Summary: I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and later discovered that it had a known sunroof leak, which their own service department had documented prior to the sale. This issue was never disclosed to me.
About a month after the purchase, I brought the car in due to water leaking from the sunroof. I was told this was common and paid my out-of-pocket portion for the repair. When the leak returned shortly after, I brought the vehicle back in and was informed that this was now a separate issue unrelated to the first repair, requiring another payment.
At that point, I sought a second opinion from an independent certified German auto repair shop. After they couldn't find the issue referenced in the original quote, I called back the dealership to express my concerns. The service manager denied any prior knowledge of the leak and claimed the dealership wouldnt have been aware of the problem. He stated that sunroof leaks are typical and referred me to a class action lawsuit, suggesting the warranty associated with it would cover the repair. However, I knew the warranty only offers prorated coverage and does not fully reimburse costs.
I requested the full service history of the vehicle, but the manager denied my request, stating that he had just run a hose over the car so there wouldn't be any report. I only received the report from a service advisor when I asked for my repair notes for Audi Tampa, and it revealed that the dealership had previously inspected and noted the leak before selling the car. Despite this, they took no action to fix it and made no disclosure at the time of sale.
Audi Tampa confirmed the leak and expressed confusion over how the situation had been handled. Meanwhile, I have left multiple voicemails with various managers at the original dealership, but I received no response.
The consistent lack of transparency, accountability, and communication has been extremely disappointing. Im sharing this review to inform other customers and encourage the dealership to uphold higher standards of professionalism and responsibility. A response is not needed for this review. |
