| Summary: I had a tire emergency today and called a few times to service because when I bought my 23 Audi the tire lock gauge was not left in my car. The first service guy told me where to look for it as I was at a tire repair shop and to no avail no where to be found in the vehicle. I ended up filling the tire with air again and making it home. I called back 15 minutes before service closed to have Andrew try and find a tire lock, so I could have a friend stop by and pick it up. He promised he would call me back in two minutes then two minutes became fourty minutes and guess what he went home. I will now wake up to a flat tire and have to miss work. He knew how upset I was and the need to get the tire repaired this evening. I spent an hour and half at a tire shop with them trying to get the tire off and now I have to deal with this in the morning. |

| Summary: I had oil change and windshield wiper replacement. It took 2-1/2 hours for oil change which I just watched tv and had some coffee and snacks, however not happy with cost of wiper change. It cost $173.65 for 3 wipers with labor cost. I was told that it would be approx $100. Questioned rep regarding cost, he was flippant with answer. If I would have known it would cost so much, would have gone to Autozone. |
