I was working with Falicha Newton at Crown Subaru in Chattanooga, TN. I had an issue with needing to replace batteries on my 2017 Subaru Outback at an unusually high frequency rate. Subaru had just sent out a notice to their customers stating they would extend the warranty on the Data Control Module as they discovered that this device we the source of the issue. Subaru wanted me to bring the vehicle in for an inspection. If nothing was found to be abnormal, th.ey wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of $195. This was unacceptable with me and after explaining my concerns to Falicha, Falicha reviewed the situation with the Service Manager and they both agreed that I should bring the vehicle in for a no charge evaluation. The evaluation caused them to remove the power to the Data Control Module, which is not needed. This is an apparent solution to my problem. I was pleased with the service I received. I was also quite impressed with the knowledge that Falicha had on my vehicle. I asked a couple of tough questions that she was able to quickly provide answers to. I commend Falicha and Subaru for their outstanding customer service and the great vehicles they produce. Rich Sampson

We have used Crown Subaru and its predecessor Kelly Subaru for our cars for many years. They have always been very accommodating and reliable. They have always done whatever was necessary to get the best car for us. We highly recommend Crown Subaru to anyone who wants to buy a new excellent vehicle!

Had 30,000 mile service completed on my husband's car at the new Subaru location at Bonney Oaks. Very nice setup. Matt was a pleasure to work with. He assisted us at the counter, took information, described the work that would be done, gave us a ballpark estimate of costs, assuming no problems were found. None were. The work was performed while we went for a walk at Audubon Acres and they called upon completion for pickup. Price was as quoted. Car was washed and we went our merry way. There is tons of space in their waiting area with charging stations for your toys and electronics if needed. Very nice.

Car problems are never fun. The staff at Crown Subaru made this experience as pleasant as possible! The shop was clean, and I knew exactly where to pull up, park, etc. The staff - fantastic!!! All the gentlemen in the garage greeted me and made sure I knew where to go and offered to help. Felicha Newton was the absolute best!! When I dropped off my car, she gave some different scenarios of what the possible problem with my car could be. Regardless of the problem, she assured me they could handle the situation. I let her know I was stressed about getting to work and managing while my car was being worked on. Felicha assisted with getting me a rental car - total life saver!!! Over the next few days, Felicha texted me several times. She kept me updated on the status of my car and the repair cost. My car was ready when she said it was and the final bill actually came in a little under the estimate. When I picked up my car, there was a nice waiting area too. Again, car problems are not fun and often really stressful. Felicha made this process seamless! I appreciate her so much. You have a definite gem in her!!

Matthew White was the Service Rep who managed my service appointment. He was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions, he provided an accurate estimated cost and time when the maintenance service would be complete. All in all Matthew White ensured a seamless and stress free experience. I plan to return to Crown for the next scheduled maintenance service as a result.

Another great experience with Ron Kwiatowski and the team at Crown Subaru. This is our third purchase from this dealership and we always get great service. The new building is so nice and so much more spacious than the old location. Ron is the most thorough sales person we have ever dealt with. He is very kind and helpful. He really knows all there is to know about the Subaru line of vehicles. He makes you feel comfortable and you can trust him to make the best deal for you. We love our new Impreza and appreciate his effort to get the specific color we wanted, it is a beautiful car. We just had our Forester in for service and it was easy and the new waiting area and great coffee were much appreciated.
